This recipe has been handed down Tipu's Tiger owner's mother and probably reaches back to grandmother and great grandmother who lived in the India of old, from that time when patience and attention to detail especially in regard to food was as a premium. A wonderful, unique accompaniment to any meal as a relish. Great for appetizers and sandwiches.
