Tipu's Tiger Date-Raisin Chutney
This recipe has been handed down Tipu's Tiger owner's mother and probably reaches back to grandmother and great grandmother who lived in the India of old, from that time when patience and attention to detail especially in regard to food was as a premium. A wonderful, unique accompaniment to any meal as a relish. Great for appetizers and sandwiches.
Tipu's Tiger Distinctive Chai Spice Mix
Make the best Chai at home with Tipu's Tiger distinctive chai spice mix. It is a family recipe that dates back Tipu's Tiger owner's grandmother and quite likely back to his great-grandmother, so it is probably well over 100 years old - from a time when patience and attention to detail in regard to food was at a premium.
